Note 3: Registration, Password and Security:Upon successful completion of Registration online, User ID and Password will be registered for a particular Department. You can log-in only in secure mode by submitting your User name, Password and Digital Signature. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You are also responsible for safekeeping of your digital signature certificate and password of USB token/smart card. You agree to
(1) immediately notify RLA of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security and
(2) ensure that you log-out from your account at the end of each session. RLA will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above prescription. It will be solely your responsibility to notify loss of your digital certificate to CA’s as per guidelines issued by CCA/CA etc.
